better check with your immigration attroney for your situation.
It is better to have all visa related documents including I-797, LCA, I-129, passport, w-2, pay stubs, current company employment letter, appointment letter, resume, bank financial statements, work experience letters, etc. call the consulate and verify the reqd docs before you go.
regd AP, if your previous visa stamping is expired in passport then it is better to have AP when you go outside country for visa stamping. just incase if any problems with your paper and if they didnt stamp, atleast you can use AP to enter US. But in H1 even if I-485 is denied, atleast you can file another I-485 because you are in status.
some say if your GC is approved when you are out of country, then you need to use AP ONLY to enter US as they say H1 wont be valid if GC is approved but I'm not sure abt this.

Ah - glad you found the answer. I was thinking that because ShowDialog is a modal dialog, it may be blocking any operations that are going on in the background. I failed to realize that OpenFileDialog does not have a non-modal Show method which displays the dialog without forcing it to have all of the app's attention.

Your signature says I 140 was approved, when was it approved and does that mean the USCIS website never updated the status of your I 140?

No, I140 is not denied, its pending as per USCIS website. However, reason for I485 denial is that I140 is denied. Is this something to do with the RFE on I140? I dont see any logic in this...

Looks like I misunderstood your situation, you will be paid from Canada but working from a remote location ... somewhere in US. This will be tricky as H-1 visa requires an US employment whereas H-4 does not permit working at all. Perhaps a lawyer can explain.

Stephen Colbert on comedy central has turned out to be one of the most influential persons in the media. Along with Jon Stewart, Stephen is supposed to be one of the influencers of young minds for the last congressional elections.
I am not sure if he has really taken any stance on legal immigration. I am confident that it is favorable.
A question is whether IV has really approached Stephen. Lately, I saw Jack Welch on the show. Apparently, every congressmen who appeared on Colbert's show has won the last election.

Man if we (all members of IV) can kick start a debate on legal immigration and direct the debate in a manner that Sen Sessions can be brought to spotlight for his inconsistencies, it would be a major achievement for us. Colbert has been extremely vital in shaping public opinion for democrats this November!

I have taken filights to Indore from both Mumbai and Delhi. There is not much difference per say, both of them provide you the shuttle to domestic airport. The delhi shuttle takes slightly longer (like 10 mins more). Both places have good facilities to wait too.
So I guess take whichever is cheaper.
One important point to remember though is that if you are travelling in Dec and Jan, Delhi does get a lot of fog and flights get delayed. So if your domestic flight got delayed, you might the international one or if the international one get delayed then you might be stuck in delhi for a while. I got stuck there for a day (although the airline provided nice accomadation).
So if going in Dec or Jan, choose Mumbai.
So I guess take whichever is cheaper.
